Sustainability Reporting for Lundin Gold

Prizma assisted award-winning Lundin Gold, which operates the Fruta del Norte Gold Mine in Ecuador and is a Participant of the UN Global Compact, and produced the company’s annual sustainability reports. These were developed in accordance with the GRI Standards, incorporated the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and served also as the company’s Communication of Progress (COP).

GHG Inventory for Kumtor Gold

Prizma was engaged by the Kumtor Gold Mine to generate its inaugural greenhouse gas (GHG) emission inventory. Kumtor is a high-altitude gold mine located in the Kyrgyz Republic, Central Asia. The operation produces over 500,000 ounces of gold with a workforce of approximately 3,000. The company’s carbon footprint is disclosed through its annual sustainability reporting and, via its corporate parent, Centerra Gold, to the CDP.

Structured Engagement, Materiality Workshops for Lucara Diamond

As part of a sustainability reporting assignment, Prizma’s GRI-certified experts conducted a series of structured internal and external stakeholder workshops for Lucara Diamond in Botswana. The outcome of this workshop created a more robust materiality assessment, identified or verified key performance indicators, and enhanced ownership of the annual sustainability reporting process.
