Felipe Yanes, Senior Renewable Advisor

Felipe is a mechanical civil engineer, holds a master’s degree in administration and finance, and has over 23 years of work experience. Felipe has been leading renewable energy projects and related consulting services in Chile and LATAM region for the past 10 years. His expertise includes wind, solar, storage and hybrid generation, and he has also been assisting mining clients with their decarbonization strategies. Felipe is the co-founder of Kon Energia, a Chilean company, developing wind and solar project pipelines, and providing services for both on and off grid generation solutions. Previously, Felipe was the CEO of windfarm IPPs and Business Development Manager at Seawind Engineering, one of the pioneering companies of the wind energy sector in Chile.
